Braza Churrascaria is an authentic Brazilian barbecue house serving world-renowned Australian meats. Our all-you-can-eat rodízio brings the passadores — our meat carvers — from table to table with more than twenty different cuts on the skewer. Our purpose is simple: to give you a true taste of Brazil, and every mouth-watering flavour of the fire.

The Braza Group
From the Pampas to your table
Braza is an Australian company based in Sydney, specialising in traditional Brazilian cuisine and the finest fresh meat cuts. Founded by André Felicio in 2007, the group runs a chain of restaurants, its own butchery and a full event-catering service — and André remains the creator behind every Braza recipe, seasoning, sauce and marinade.
Our rodízio — the all-you-can-eat tradition — was born generations ago in the Pampas Gaúchos of southern Brazil, home to some of the most prized cattle in the world. Skewering great cuts of meat over an open flame came from the gauchos, the cowboys of the Pampas, who spent weeks driving cattle with little more than a sharp knife, rock salt and um fogo de chão.
The meat was carved and shared around the fire, and everyone helped themselves to as much as they wanted. That is the Gaucho method — and it is still exactly how we serve today, here in Sydney.

At Braza, our passadores cut and serve freshly barbecued meats straight to your plate. With more than twenty skewers and over ten vegetarian sides to choose from, it is all part of our traditional churrasco: try everything, or simply ask for more of your favourites — the choice is always yours.
Let your taste buds have their own carnival, with succulent cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken and seafood, halloumi cheese and sweet cinnamon pineapple, all slow-roasted over our charcoal wood-fire grill. We haven't forgotten our vegetarian guests either, with traditional Brazilian sides and irresistibly delicious desserts.
